At LIUHJG, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please carefully read our return and refund policy before placing your order.
✅ 1. Replacement Policy (Wrong / Damaged / Defective Product)
If you receive:
- Wrong Item
- Damaged Product
- Manufacturing Defect
We will provide a FREE REPLACEMENT.
📹 Mandatory Video Requirement (VERY IMPORTANT)
To process any replacement or refund request, you must:
- Make a clear video while receiving the product from the courier partner
- The video must clearly show:
- All sides of the sealed package
- The shipping label clearly visible
- The complete product opening (unboxing) process
- The product condition after opening
⚠️ The video must be recorded before opening the package.
⚠️ Without proper unboxing video proof, no replacement or refund claim will be accepted.
If the same product is not available in stock, we will issue a FULL REFUND.
🔄 2. Return Policy (If You Don’t Like the Product)
If you are not satisfied or do not like the product:
- You must request a return within 7 DAYS of delivery
- The product must be:
- In Original Condition
- Unused
- No scratches or used marks
- No wire cutting
- Returned with original box & all accessories
🚚 Shipping Charges (Important)
- Customer must bear Return Shipping Charges
- Forward Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
- If the order had Free Shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount
🔍 3. Quality Check (QC Process)
After receiving the returned product:
- It will undergo a Quality Check (QC)
- If the product is found:
- Used
- Damaged
- With cut wires
- Missing parts
- Without original packaging
👉 The refund may be Partially Approved or Rejected
💳 4. Refund Process
- Refund will be initiated after successful QC approval
- Amount will be credited to the Original Payment Method
- Processing time: 4–7 Working Days

- No return request accepted after 7 days
- Shipping charges are Non-Refundable
- Products damaged due to improper installation are Not Eligible for Return
