Return & Refund Policy – Simple and Fair

When Can You Request a Return or Replacement?
You can request a return or replacement if you receive:

  • A wrong item
  • A damaged product
  • A product with a manufacturing defect

To process your request, please record a full unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed package and product label. This video is required to approve your return or replacement.

If the same product is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Note: Any special return conditions will be mentioned in the product description.

Refunds for Unwanted Products or Quality Concerns

  • If you’ve changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product quality:
  • You can return the product to our office (return shipping is at your cost).
  • The product must be in original condition, with no damage or missing parts.
  • All accessories must be included.
  • If all conditions are met, a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, a partial refund may apply.

Timelines and Process

  • You must request a return or refund within 7 to 10 days of delivery.
  • After we receive the returned product, a quality check will be conducted.
  • Once approved, we’ll ask for your bank or UPI details.
  • Refunds are processed within 4 to 7 working days after quality approval.
  • If your product includes a warranty (as mentioned in the description), warranty claims are valid until the specified date.
